What this is

ServiceAgreement.org is a self-help tool run by WeldonPC, a business. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create a lawyer-client relationship with anyone. Its results come only from your answers and from the general terms of the federal rules and FTC consumer advice listed on the Sources page. It does not decide your rights under any agreement or any law.

Your answers

You are responsible for what you enter. Term sheets you save are kept on a shelf that opens with a private link; anyone holding the link can open, change or delete it. Keep the link private.

The Shelf plan

$1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, through PayPal once payments are switched on. Cancel any time in PayPal; the plan runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. No refunds for part periods unless the law requires them. During the preview nothing is charged.

Fair use

Do not use the site to overload it, to store anything unlawful, or to try to reach other people's shelves. Daily limits apply to new shelves and saves.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and available but cannot promise it is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, WeldonPC is not liable for decisions made using it.
